Inpatient Mental Health Care for Children, Adolescents, & Adults
Services:
Short-term inpatient psychiatric hospitalization for children, adolescent, and adults suffering from mental illness that cannot be managed safely in a less restrictive environment. Stabilization of the presenting psychiatric crisis is followed by a collaborative discharge plan using supportive outpatient services.
Specialized Programs include:
Child & Adolescent programming and specialized Adult programming like: Mood and Anxiety Disorder Treatment Programming, Adult, Women’s & Men’s Programming, Dual Diagnosis/MICA Treatment (Mentally Ill Chemically Addicted), Holistic Treatment Options (Yoga, Massage, Tai-Chi, Drumming, pastoral care), inpatient and ambulatory electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and much more.
We DO NOT provide psychiatric evaluations. Please call our admissions department, at (716) 886-8200 ext. 2264 for voluntary admissions. A psychiatric registered nurse will screen for appropriateness and check mental health benefits for you. Recommendations for a lower level of care will be made if needed.
